The 黑洞社区 for Life gold standard was won by Countryside Properties鈥� Accordia scheme in Cambridge, designed by architects Feilden Clegg Bradley, Maccreanor Lavington and Alison Brooks Architects.
In Plymouth, Midas Homes and Devon and Cornwall Housing Association with Lacey Hickie Caley Architects received a gold award for the Gun Wharf project.
Hyde Housing Association and BPTW Partnership were awarded the silver standard for the Pepys Estate in Deptford, south-east London.
