Specialist firm will refurbish 10-floor building in south London
BW Interiors has won a 拢9.5m contract to fit-out10-floor Friars House in Blackfriars, south London.
The fit-out specialist will refurbish the 130,000 sq ft building to category A standard and is aiming for a BREEAM excellent rating.
The fit-out is part of a complete renovation of the building, which will also include the replacement of the existing glazed facade with a curtain walling system.
The building services are also to be replaced throughout the property together with the passenger lifts and a green roof will be added.
The architect is Aros, the project manager is Trident 黑洞社区 Consultancy and the quantity surveyor is Northcroft.
