Forty-one acre site will include new offices and landscaping
Architect Aukett Fitzroy Robinson has lodged a planning application for a new business park in Solihull.
The masterplan for The Green, a 41-acre site off the M42, includes new office buildings and landscaping improvements. The client is real estate investment manager PRUPIM.
Plans for the first phase of the scheme include three office buildings, up to four storeys in height.
Peter Eaton, director at Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, said: 鈥淥ur objective for The Green was to focus on the site's potential through a comprehensive design establishing a unique, quality business environment which is sensitive to its suburban location and will attract both small businesses and large corporate headquarters to the area.鈥
