Rainwater drainage solutions
Alutec will be showcasing the latest additions to its Colourline range of soffit and fascia systems. The extended range includes a curved profile fascia and a planked soffit system. The company says the curved fascia gives specifiers the option of a softer profile and the planked soffit system reproduces the historic shiplap aesthetic for a more traditional look. Visitors to Alutec鈥檚 stand will also be able to view installation demonstrations.

Protective and decorative coatings
Adhesives and chemicals company Mapei will be displaying its 15 manufacturing lines, including its ceramic and soft flooring installation products and recently launched external wall insulation and protective and decorative coatings. The company says its stand will emphasise Mapei鈥檚 global and local commitment to the environment, based around developing products that are certified by internationally recognised institutes and using sustainable operating procedures. Live demonstrations and seminars will also take place, with technical advisers on hand to give advice on the specification of Mapei product systems.

鈥楧esigned for Disassembly鈥
The theme for flooring specialist Desso鈥檚 Ecobuild stand is 鈥淒esigned for Disassembly鈥, based around the company鈥檚 commitment to adopting a 鈥渃radle-to-cradle鈥 approach to sustainability. Desso will be showcasing its carpet tile Take-Back scheme, Refinity process and its carpets made from Econyl yarn, which is manufactured from 100% regenerated nylon including post-consumer yarn waste from the Refinity process. Products on display will include Light Reflection Master, a new carpet collection with high light reflectance values, and six new colourways of Desso AirMaster.

Durable paint ranges
Dulux Trade will be showcasing its latest solutions and initiatives, which it says will enable specifiers and painting contractors to work more sustainably, without having to compromise on performance or quality of finish. The company will also be discussing the practical steps it is taking to help lead the paint industry into a more sustainable future, including the latest updates to its recycled packaging and durable paint ranges. The Dulux dog will also be making an appearance 鈥

Mechanical ventilation heat recovery
Following the launch of the Silavent Green Line HRX mechanical ventilation heat recovery appliance, Polypipe Ventilation鈥檚 stand will be featuring a further addition to the range. The company says the new HRX2 combines leading heat exchange efficiency and extremely low specific fan power to optimise energy use while still retaining full airflow performance. It is suitable for larger properties and installation in self-build and premium private developments. The stand will also showcase products from the wider Polypipe Group, and the company鈥檚 latest literature will be available.

Chemical water treatment
Fernox鈥檚 stand will feature the next generation of chemical water treatment products, which the company says were developed specifically for renewable heating applications. Among the products on display will be the TF1 Compact inline filter for removing debris from heating systems. The TF1 Compact is designed for properties where limited space or access restricts the installation of a standard TF1 Total Filter. Also featured will be a new magnetic tool that is designed to dislodge debris from the bottom of radiators. Fernox MaxMag is a roller that is used to magnetically agitate debris during power-flushing and is said to speed up system cleaning times.

Blue Roof range
Harmer Drainage will be launching its Blue Roof range. The Blue Roof uses specially adapted outlets on top of the roof to regulate and slow the drainage of water to the sewerage system. The company will also be showcasing its BS EN 877 Harmer SML lightweight cast-iron soil and waste system, which is certified by the British Board of Agr茅ment and has a range of fittings and accessories. Harmer鈥檚 new Ductile Iron brackets will be on display at the show, along with the Duomat fixing tool that is designed to rapidly speed up installation.

Roofing systems
Kemper System will be showcasing its Kemperol 2K-PUR solvent-free liquid waterproofing system and Stratex Warm Roof System. Based on an 80% castor-oil formulation, which the company says is derived from sustainable sources, the liquid system incorporates a flexible non-woven reinforcement fleece, which is made using a 25% recycled plastic bottle content. Kemper System鈥檚 Stratex Warm Roof System has a PIR insulation board with tongue-and-groove interlocking joint, which the firm claims significantly reduces cold bridging and gives a much smoother surface finish. Kemper System will also be showcasing its Kempergro Green Roof System.

Did You Know exhibit
Epwin Group will unveil a number of products as part of its interactive Did You Know exhibit. The company says Ecobuild is an opportunity to promote the sustainable attributes of PVCu as well as offering an insight into Epwin鈥檚 more specialist products. Door manufacturer Permadoor will be displaying its range of PVC Thermo (fire) doors while sister company Safedoors will be exhibiting its range of 鈥淎鈥 energy-rated GRP composite doors and introducing visitors to its new door designs, glazing options and furniture. Profile 22 will showcase its RECO22 window profile system as well as its 鈥渟econd generation鈥 recycled composite material (RCM) reinforcement. Swish 黑洞社区 Products will be exhibiting its roofline, cladding and drainage ranges.

Renewable technologies
Mitsubishi Electric鈥檚 stand will be highlighting real-world building projects that are using existing renewable technologies to improve energy performance and lower carbon emissions. The company will be detailing improvements in both new-build and retro-fit projects in domestic and commercial settings, and will be highlighting its heating products, including the Ecodan air-source heat pump, and its range of ErP (energy-related products) air-conditioning models.

Sanitary and plumbing solutions
Geberit will be presenting a new addition to its Sigma10 range of flushplates. The design incorporates the latest dual-flush technology, controlled via infra-red. The Sigma50 flush plate has also been modernised by incorporating gently curved buttons and removing the outer frame to create a seamless look. A new colour, Umbra, will also be introduced. Geberit will also be displaying its Self Sustaining Power Supply, designed as an independent power source for use with the manufacturer鈥檚 infra-red taps.
