Contract to run five years with option for 拢1bn extension

Bowmer and Kirkland, ISG and Wates are among the big winners on the Ministry of Justice鈥檚 latest 拢2.5bn construction framework. 

Eight firms have been appointed to the department鈥檚 national major projects lot 鈥� which covers jobs valued between 拢10m and 拢30m 鈥� with a number finding spots across several of the regional sublots for medium and lower value projects. 

The MoJ Constructor Services Frameworks will include new build, refurbishment and minor works and contains the possibility of a 拢1bn additional spend if the framework is extended for two years. 

The contract runs until February 2028.
