Four year deal to be open to all public sector bodies

The framework provider has issued a prior information notice for the four year deal, to which a range of specialist M&E contractors will be appointed.

It will be open to all public sector bodies, including housing associations, healthcare, education, aviation, highways, infrastructure, rail and nuclear.

The first of five lots will be for M&E consultants, followed by four value-based lots for jobs worth from 拢50,000 to 拢3m and above. The framework is also split into regions.

Pagabo head of construction Jonathan Parker said: 鈥淭he drive and demand for more smart buildings has created more work for companies with mechanical and electrical capabilities, especially in support of the healthcare and higher education sectors, which we鈥檙e going to help them compete for.

鈥淎ppointing the most suitable supplier for each project will help ensure clients have a collective approach to innovation.

鈥淲hether it鈥檚 offsite manufacturing by the contractor, to electrical modelling to the highest energy standards by the M&E specialist, this framework is one of our offerings that will help build quality project teams.鈥

Cumbria, Northumberland, and Tyne and Wear NHS will be the contracting authority for the new agreement, after holding the same role for Pagabo鈥檚 major works and developer led frameworks.
