Events on the second day of ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø’s virtual conference, Education Now, will include a talk from a prominent Danish architect on international approaches to school building projects.
You can hear Julian Weyer, who has experience working in Denmark, Norway, Germany and the UK talking to ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø’s assistant editor Roxane McMeeken in an online seminar at 1.30pm today. There will also be an opportunity to post questions to the speakers during the seminar.
The discussion will cover examples from across the channel to inspire the design and future organisation of new primary and secondary schools, as well as a look at the much-vaunted Swedish model for organising and running schools.
The first day of the conference, which included online text debates on the rebuilding programme for primary schools and future funding for higher education projects, was attending by more than 500 people.
