The Newport transporter bridge in south Wales reopened last week after a 拢1.2m refurbishment project

The 74m-high, grade I-listed structure carries passengers across the River Usk on a dangling electric gondola. It opened in 1906 and is the largest bridge of its kind in the UK and one of only seven in the world.
