Property company confirms that it has been approached by a company considering an offer

Grainger Trust has confirmed its has received an approach for a company interested in buying the developer.

In a statement today the company said: 鈥漈he board of Grainger can confirm that it has received a preliminary approach from a party expressing an interest in formulating an offer for the Company. No terms have been indicated nor details provided.鈥�

Grainger is one of the UK鈥檚 largest residential property owners with over 12,000 homes.
