Emily D’Enrico joins as senior development manager
Development manager M3 Consulting has raided the London Legacy Development Corporation to beef up its team.
The firm has appointed Emily D’Enrico as senior development manager, joining from the LLDC where she held a similar position working on the £500m East Bank masterplan.
Masterplanned by Allies and Morrison, the scheme at Stratford, which used to be known as Olympicopolis, includes a new V&A museum, a Sadler’s Wells dance theatre and a BBC studio.
In her new role, D’Enrico will be responsible for progressing a number of development projects including a 1,950 unit residential-led masterplan in Nine Elms, London.
M3 Consulting has worked on a number of projects across the capital including the Cheesegrater in the City and the 2.5 million sq ft Nine Elms Park (pictured) in Wandsworth.
