Will Alsop has unveiled this slightly leftfield masterplan for Croydon鈥檚 regeneration.

The scheme, entitled Third City, includes a 鈥渧ertical Eden Project鈥�, a series of waterways and lagoons and tree-lined walkways linking glass apartment blocks. The proposals are part of a 拢4bn regeneration scheme aimed at winning city status for the south London suburb.
