Consultant runs quickfire CPD briefing sessions on adjucation and contractual issues
Construction consultant Knowles is holding a series of complimentary breakfast briefing seminars, hosted by two dispute avoidance experts.
The first of the continuing professional development (CDP) 'contractual factfile' seminars will be given by Knowles鈥� seniorcConsultant Martin Chapman FRICS on record-keeping, contract termination, and evaluating loss and expense.
The second seminar will be hosted by Knowles鈥� executive director and partnering specialist Helen Bentley who will examine partnering contracts and the potential 鈥榟ot spots鈥�.
