Keepmoat鈥檚 chief executive Ian Sutcliffe has left the company after nine months - former Apollo boss Dave Sheridan takes his place
Keepmoat鈥檚 chief executive Ian Sutcliffe has left the company after nine months, with former Apollo boss Dave Sheridan taking his place.
The firm said in a statement that Sutcliffe had 鈥渄ecided to step down鈥 following successful completion of the merger between Keepmoat and Apollo.
Keepmoat also revealed unaudited figures for its financial year ended 31 March 2012 and announced it has completed a refinancing that leaves it 鈥渙wned in a partnership between management and Lloyds Banking Group鈥.
The firm turned over 拢1bn and made a profit before exceptional items of 拢57m in its last financial year.
Keepmoat said its new funding arrangements replace a temporary bridging loan that it organised at the time of the merger.
The refinancing 鈥渟ignificantly reduced鈥 its debt and resulted in a new 拢125 million revolving credit facility - an increase of 拢50 million to allow it to 鈥渢ake advantage of market opportunities鈥.
James Thomson is appointed chief financial officer, David Bridges chief operational officer and Peter Hindley will run Homes. Peter Warry will continue as chairman and Aidan Birkett as a non-executive director.
Keepmoat said it would be able to bid on national frameworks as a result of the merger.
Keepmoat currently employs 3,200 people and operates from 22 offices across Britain.
