Alumasc says its green roof will offer ecological and amenity benefits
Alumasc Exteriors has supplied its ZinCo green roof to create a recreational space for residents of the new Hougue a La Perre housing scheme in Guernsey, consisting of 77 houses and flats. The 1,200m2 intensive roof was specified for the podium deck above an underground car-park. The company says the intensive ZinCo green roof will offer ecological and amenity benefits. The roof was installed over Alumasc’s Hydrotech MM6125 structural waterproofing, which is BBA approved.
