Firm working with Eastleigh council

Eastleigh borough council in Hampshire has named Galliford Try project manager for the development of more than 1,400 new homes in Horton Heath.

The will undertake the master developer role on behalf of the council.

This will involve providing planning services necessary to bring the site forward while acting as project manager for the construction of key elements of the infrastructure works.

The project management services agreement is scheduled to last for four years.
