Scheme at Nine Elms will be built next door to US embassy
Galliard Homes has been given planning for a 262 home mixed-use scheme on the site of a former Royal Mail sorting office at Nine Elms Parkside in Wandsworth, south London.
Designed by Farringdon practice Fourfoursixsix, the project is made up of three buildings ranging from 11 to 13 storeys in height, running across a total of 280,000ft虏.
The blocks will be built mostly from brick at a plot between the new US embassy and the redeveloped Battersea Power Station.

The wider Nine Elms Parkside has been masterplanned by Allies & Morrison with Gleeds as QS and M3 Consulting development manager.
