Consultant Faithful + Gould has launched a London property team as part of its expansion in the South-east.

It will be led by Michael Cracknell, who was formerly regional director of the firm鈥檚 Cambridge and Colchester branch. He will be based in the firm鈥檚 Euston Tower office.

The move follows Faithful + Gould鈥檚 growing workload in the building market in the South-east. Cracknell said: 鈥淲e have a number of teams in the region but we set this one up to help with our client relations.鈥�

The team consists of five people, but the firm plans to expand this to 30. Its members worked on Hopkins Architects鈥� winning bid for the Olympic velopark.
