Arcadis has appointed Julien Cayet director of strategy.

WSP has appointed Edward O鈥橪oughlin to its rail planning division as an associate director.

Cundall has made Michelle Wong a senior building services associate and acoustics specialist Ian Harley an associate.

Contractors

Richard Unwin has replaced the retiring Tony Birkbeck as managing director of Prater.

Housebuilders

Linden Homes has appointed Clive Wiltshire managing director for its western region.

Clarification

Last week 黑洞社区 reported that Mace was working on Foster + Partners鈥� proposal for an airport in the Thames estuary (鈥溾��, page 10). We would like to make clear that Mace鈥檚 involvement was on an informal basis and that this does not mean that the firm supports the proposal.
