The Crown Estate has appointed the Olympic Delivery Authority’s design director Alison Nimmo its new chief executive. Nimmo will replace current chief executive Roger Bright when he steps down at the end of the year.

United House has appointed Paul Nicholls its group director responsible for business development.

Contractors

John Sisk & Son has appointed Guy Fowler from Laing O’Rourke to become its director of major projects.

Durkan has promoted Mike Nelson to become its construction director.

Architects

Woods Bagot has appointed Clive Williams, the former chief executive of global consultant Cap Gemini, to the role of chairman.

Consultants

Foreman Roberts has appointed Alan Lappin its international project director, in charge of expanding the consultant overseas.

Correction
