Training event to address growing economic and legal issues that put pressure on companies to pursue litigation in disputes
Tony Bingham of 3 Paper 黑洞社区s, Hill International's Keith Pickavance and Andrew Burr of Atkin Chambers are confirmed speakers at the 2008 UK Masterclass on 鈥楧elay and disruption in construction contracts鈥�.
Organised by the Chartered Institute of 黑洞社区 (CIOB) and consultant Hill, the intensive training event will address growing economic and legal issues which are leading to increased pressure upon companies to pursue litigation in disputes.
It will be held on the 11 and 12 June in London.
Michael Brown, director of CIOB, said: 鈥淭he CIOB sees the masterclasses as a crucial vehicle to disseminate comprehensive information and advice to update the industry鈥檚 top professionals about key industry issues.

They aim to disseminate the most up-to-date CPD information to construction and legal professionals in a bid to cascade the information throughout the industry鈥檚 larger organisations, ultimately reducing time and cost overruns and minimising costly disputes.
The event is part of the long-running series held across the globe to address issues affecting the industry鈥檚 top professionals.
