British Land has submitted a planning application for a 12-storey 1.1m ft2 office block in the iconic Broadgate development in the City of London

Designed by Make Architects, 5 Broadgate is almost double the size of the buildings it replaces, 3, 4 and 6 Broadgate built in 1991.
