Flat iron-style building designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios
Bam has completed work on a Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios scheme in Leeds, the first new build office to be finished in the city this year.
The contractor began work on the 37,800 sq ft building last May, and the office is the first to be opened by developer CEG in the city鈥檚 Temple district.
Called Globe Point, the seven-storey will be able to hold 400 people.
It has been built in the Temple area of the West Yorkshire city close to the main railway station.
The flat iron-style structure also includes roof gardens and a ground floor caf茅 kitchen and business lounge.
