Marley Alutec provided an aluminium rainwater system to a development in East Sussex
Marley Alutec provided a traditional 5x4 moulded ogee profile gutter and rectangular downpipe rainwater system to the Temple Grove development in the village of Heron’s Ghyll, East Sussex. The stone-built property has been converted into 14 homes from a school. The aluminium Marley Alutec system was selected to replace the older cast iron gutters. The system was specified in heritage black, a textured finish that emulates cast iron. It was chosen to match the look of the rest of the building. The company says that Alutec systems are extremely durable, with a life expectancy of 50 years or more.
