The Gauge in Victoria Harbour has become the first building to receive a six-star Green Star 鈥� Office As Built rating from the Green 黑洞社区 Council of Australia

The scheme was developed by Lend Lease, which occupies the office space alongside Fujitsu. Steve McCann, chief executive of Lend Lease, said: 鈥淲e believe the Gauge will profoundly influence the mainstream property industry in Australia. It demonstrates that the highest level of environmental performance can be the norm rather than an ambition.鈥�
