WSP has announced a construction industry Battle of the Bands event to take place in London in November.

An open invitation has gone out to musically-inclined practitioners from the industry to join in the charity event, which is to be held at the recently restored German Gymnasium on the Kings Cross Central development site.

WSP Director and Wild Sex Party bass player, Bill Price, said: 鈥淪o many of us in the construction industry enjoy playing music together as an activity outside our day to day professional work鈥� The Battle of the Bands aims to recognise and encourage our industry鈥檚 hidden 鈥榯alent鈥� with some healthy competition and a lot of fun. We鈥檒l also be raising money for charity.鈥�

The event is scheduled for Thursday 20 November, where three surprise judges will award prizes to the best performances.
