Some interesting conflicts arose in your 3 February issue.
David Mosey's article in the legal section paints a fairly rose-tinted picture of "yet more government activity". This is not always a good thing - ask the teachers, who have endured more than 600 initiatives or "activities" since this government came to power. He also talked about "national change agents". However, his reference to LIFT contrasts somewhat with your lead news article, "Government to overhaul ailing NHS LIFT programme".
Why so upbeat? Could it be because his company is one of the national change agents for the ODPM - which didn't fare too well in your article on page 25 about a "damning report"?
