Calculation includes for five days sickness, in periods not exceeding three consecutive days, for which no payment is due. Holiday pay is based on the employer paying regular sums into the Template Holiday with Pay scheme sufficient to cover holiday pay in line with the Working Rule Agreement and the Working Time Regulations. All National Insurance payments are at not-contracted-out rates applicable from 6 April 2000.
