Teddington three-storey office generates 20% of energy on site and hits BREEAM excellent rating

This is the new headquarter building designed by bptw for Richmond Housing Partnership.

The three-storey office building in Teddington opened this month and has achieved a BREEAM excellent rating.

Around 20% of the building鈥檚 energy is generated on site while brise soleil helped to control solar gain.

The architect used 鈥檚ubdued鈥� terracotta colours to avoid clashing with a listed library next door.
