WSP hopes 150-strong American engineering consultant will increase sustainable presence
WSP Group has acquired US-based SEi Companies.

The engineering consultant will has 150 staff and specialises M&E, plumbing, fire protection, sustainable design and communication technologies engineering.
Robert Gracilieri, CEO of SEi Companies said: 鈥淥ur expertise and dedication to green/sustainable building design makes us a natural match鈥�.
WSP chief executive Chris Cole said: "We believe our existing international footprint of offices will provide a constant flow of opportunities to develop the businesses."
SEi's current projects include the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Yale University in New Haven.
