Consultant is project manager on the 拢1.6m Belfast City Council scheme
Consultant Capita Symonds has been appointed by Belfast City Council to provide project management services on the 拢1.6m restoration of the city鈥檚 historic Woodvale Park.
The project will revitalise the park into an open space relevant to the needs and requirements of local residents and visitors.
The proposed scheme includes a new floodlit multi-sport polymeric pitch, re-orientation of two grass pitches, ground modelling to create terracing, community allotments, toddlers鈥� garden, outdoor exercise area, refurbishment of an existing children鈥檚 playground, general works to footpaths and additional planting.
Capita will work with local partner WDR & RT Taggart who will provide engineering and CDMC services.
