Willmott Dixon has seen off stiff competition from Kier to win a four-year 拢350m council-controlled national framework for the second time in a row

The Scape framework is unusual in that it consists of only one firm. That firm acts as the delivery partner for local authorities鈥 new-build and refurbishment projects worth between 拢2m and 拢30m.

John Frankiewicz, Willmott Dixon鈥檚 chief executive, said: 鈥淲inning the Scape National Framework for a second time is a tremendous achievement. With public sector spending set to be squeezed over the coming years, we believe the efficiency gains through Scape will be important in making local government spending go further.鈥

The previous Scape National framework enabled Willmott Dixon to develop long-term partnerships with councils and other public sector bodies.

Mark Robinson, Scape鈥檚 chief executive, added: 鈥淭his has been a very demanding procurement exercise. Willmott Dixon provided us with an exceptional offering that our clients will be able to take advantage of.鈥

Miller, Vinci, Mansell, and Interserve were also shortlisted for the framework.
