Hotel chain to spruce up estate after buying 52 properties

Travelodge is planning a 拢10m refurbishment programme after buying 52 hotels from a pub operator.

The hotel chain has bought 52 hotels from Mitchells & Butlers, taking its total estate to 452 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain. It will now embark on a 拢10m refurbishment programme to bring the hotels in line with the Travelodge brand.

黑洞社区 work will include new reception areas and redecoration. The hotels are due to be completed within four months.
