Consultant Atkins has unveiled this image of the 拢200m Bay Pointe development in Cardiff Bay for client Allied Developments Europe.




The 5.2 ha site is based around three towers, the tallest 36 storeys high. Together with low-rise accommodation, they will contain 997 residential units. Atkins will provide concept design, architecture, engineering, Urban Design and planning. Work is expected to start on site in 2006.
