Contract for first phase of the Blenheim Centre in Hounslow, Middlesex, goes to southern-based contractor

Phase one of the of £140-million Blenheim Centre in Hounslow, Middlesex, a mixed-use development worth £58 million, is to be built by Norwest Holst Construction Limited. The developer is Blenheim Investment, a joint venture between US-based Apollo International Real Estate and Blenheim Norwest Limited.

The two-year contract includes a 7000 square metre supermarket and other retail units, a health and fitness centre, a medical centre, and a 334-apartment block build over eight storeys. Phase one also includes a separate block of 150 affordable flats.
