New projects include regeneration of coalfields and the creation of a new University Quarter in Stoke-on-Trent.

A 拢57m package of regeneration projects in the Stoke area has been put forward by the North Staffordshire Regeneration Zone.

The projects include the 拢26m creation of a business park on the former coalfields at Chatterley Valley; a 拢10m scheme to create a University Quarter in Stoke-on-Trent; and a 拢9.5m project to create a Business District on the site of Unity House.
