Steve Breslin spent four years at firm鈥檚 partnerships arm
Developer Lovell has appointed Steve Breslin as its new finance director.
Breslin replaces interim finance director Adam Titmus and this week joins Lovell 鈥� the partnership housing division of Morgan Sindall 鈥� from Galliford Try鈥檚 partnerships and regeneration business where he was divisional finance director for four years.
He has previously held senior finance roles with Taylor Wimpey and infrastructure outfit Catesby Estates
Lovell managing director Steve Coleby, who joined last month after spending 25 years at Laing O鈥橰ourke, said Breslin had 鈥渁n impressive record of delivering strong but controlled growth for companies in the construction and housebuilding sectors鈥�.
Lovell recently signed a deal with Homes England to build to build 200 new homes in Lancashire.
The housebuilder hopes to secure planning permission for a 9ha greenfield site at Leyland this autumn.
