Head of construction in England and Wales to leave firm in shock departure
Julian Daniel, the head of Lend Lease鈥檚 construction business in England and Wales, is to leave the company, 黑洞社区 has learned.
As executive general manager for England and Wales, Daniel led Lend Lease鈥檚 contracting arm - the former Bovis business - in those regions. He was formerly the head of Bovis鈥� UK South division.
Daniel will leave the company in September, at which point Paul Gandy will take over day to day running of the business in England and Wales.
Senior staff were informed of Daniel鈥檚 departure in an email yesterday, it is understood. The reasons behind the departure are unknown, but it is thought that Daniel has not yet decided on his next move.
An industry source said: 鈥淚鈥檓 sure that once his departure is known Julian will get a lot of offers. He鈥檚 a very experienced project manager.鈥�
