Consultant nabs new directors from Currie & Brown and Robertson Construction

HKA has poached staff from Currie & Brown and Robertson Construction to bolster its senior team.

The consultant, which has a number of offices in the UK including London, Birmingham and Glasgow, has named former Currie & Brown regional director Fergus Taylor (pictured right) as its new technical director.

He will be responsible for developing the project and contract management dispute and expert witness service and supporting the wider multi-disciplinary engineering business. 

At Currie & Brown he was a member of the senior management team for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

His appointment comes a month after Deborah Kirk (pictured left) joined HKA as an associate technical director. 

She will be responsible for providing expert architectural services across a wide range of building projects.

Kirk joined from Robertson Construction where she was a regional design manager
