A planning application for this 42,000 m虏 office and hotel in Dublin鈥檚 docklands was lodged with the city鈥檚 council last week.

Designed by Scott Tallon Walker, the 鈧�150m (拢100m) scheme, which includes a Gary Rhodes restaurant, is expected to take nine months to get permission, as appeals are likely to be made against the 12 and 16-storey office blocks. Developer is Benton Properties, structural is Walsh Goodfellow, M&E engineer is Arup and QS is KMCS.
