The firm will oversee the £26m redevelopment of Neale-Wade community college in Cambridgeshire in March, following financial close. The second phase of the programme, which includes the development of the £19m Cromwell community college in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, is anticipated to start in 2011.
Galliford Try will complete 40% of Equitix's construction work in the first phase of the BSF programme in the first instance, but could undertake additional construction work in subsequent phases which could be worth £600m over the next 15 years.
