Erinaceous subsidiary Dunlop Haywards ordered to pay 拢325k after losing trial against to former director David Kahn

A subsidiary of beleaguered property services group Erinaceous has been ordered to pay 拢325,000 after it lost a trial against former director David Kahn.

Dunlop Haywards was yesterday told by a court to pay 拢200,000 in damages to Kahn, who sued the company for allegedly not paying him a 鈥渟pecial bonus鈥 of about 拢400,000 in 2005.

The company was also told to pay 拢125,000 in court costs.

A hearing in February will determine how much bonus money Dunlop Haywards still owes Kahn.
