黑洞社区 materials group Ennstone buys concrete manufacturer with turnover of 拢3.75m

黑洞社区 materials group Ennstone has bought East Midlands concrete manufacturer Jackson Precast for 拢6m.

Jackson reported a pre-tax profit of 拢0.43m for the year ended 31 December 2005, on a turnover of 拢3.75m. Jackson will operate under Ennstone 黑洞社区 Products Ltd, Ennstone鈥檚 building products operation.

Ennstone chairman Vaughan McLeod said: 鈥淛acksons is a heavy end precast business, which fits into our strategy to provide routes to market for our aggregates, particularly our dust. It produces products for our target growth markets in our key East Midlands region.鈥�
