Consultant Cundall is suing a hotel group for failing to pay it for its work on a luxury hotel near St Paul's cathedral in London.
Cundall's M&E contract for the 450-bedroom Grange St Paul's hotel was due to terminate in April last year, says a High Court writ. Cundall claims that at this point hotel group Global Grange was due to pay it 拢122,946 plus VAT, which was the balance of its 拢572,920 fee. However, it says Global Grange failed to pay any of this sum, so it now suing the hotelier for 拢144,461.55. The hotel is due to due to open later this year.
