Neeson takes over today (1 July), as Dryden completes the maximum term for a managing partner as set out in the company鈥檚 rules.
Neeson joined Cundall in 1993 and has had various senior roles, including running the lifestyle sector and Heathrow office and latterly taking a senior role in the Newcastle office and joining the management board.

Neeson said: 鈥淚n just over a decade of David鈥檚 leadership the management team has transformed Cundall from a regional firm into an industry leading international business - competing for, and winning, the most prestigious projects from 20 offices around the world. I see my role as ensuring that Cundall remains on the same path.
鈥淚 share David鈥檚 view that Cundall needs first and foremost to be a great place to work. This means that by developing and nurturing our staff by giving them the most interesting and challenging projects to work on and opportunities for growth, including international involvement, we will continue to build the most successful company that we can.
鈥淥ur global connections are strengthening all of the time and I am delighted so many people are taking the opportunity to try working in another country and developing their Cundall career at the same time.
鈥淚 speak for the partners and the whole business in giving huge thanks to David for his visionary leadership during a period of substantial growth and diversification for the business. David will be continuing as a Partner at Cundall and will focus on the further expansion of the international business and supporting the continued development and success of our world leading data centre team.鈥
