Chalegrove Properties’ 75-storey residential tower in Docklands gets go-ahead
Chalegrove Properties’ plans for a 75-storey residential tower in Docklands were given the green light last week. The 239m tall, Squire and Partners-designed tower (far right), dubbed City Pride, will provide 752 private apartments and a further 70 shared ownership apartments.
The building joins a cluster of residential towers with planning consent, including the Riverside South scheme, which includes two towers rising to 235m and 185m, and Heron Quays East, which also comprises two towers.
Meanwhile, developer Canary Wharf has submitted plans for a 212m, 566-apartment residential tower, called Diamond Tower.
