Acquisation of 拢7m-turnover firm follows reports that Capita is in talks to buy NB Real Esate
Capita Symonds has bought 拢7m-turnover healthcare consultancy Inventures, 黑洞社区 can reveal.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, follows reports the company is in talks to buy property manager NB Real Estate.
Inventures, which has four UK offices, including its Bath HQ, provides programme and project management, property and estate management, healthcare planning, and facilities management advice to the NHS and other public sector bodies across the UK.
The acquisition comes as speculation mounts about further consolidation in the consultancy sector following Deloitte鈥檚 deal to buy Drivers Jonas this month.
Inventures employs more than 100 consultants and has also undertaken reviews of projects that include London 2012, Crossrail, and Wembley National Stadium
