British Board of Agr茅ment brings in Digby Harper as chairman and Lynne Sullivan as director

The British Board of Agr茅ment (BBA), the approval body for construction products and installers, has announced the appointment of Digby Harper as chairman of the board.

Lynne Sullivan, director of sustainability at Broadway Malyan鈥檚 London office, is also joining the board as a director.

Harper, who was already a member of the BBA鈥檚 council and promotional advisory committee, retired as chief executive of certificate holder Celotex earlier this year.

He said he was delighted with the appointment and that his longstanding industry involvement and interest in the environment would be 鈥渁 great help鈥 to the organisation.

Sullivan said she was 鈥渢hrilled and honoured鈥 to join the BBA's governing board.

She said: 鈥淚 look forward to contributing to the BBA's plans to provide more environmental information on products for architects and others involved in the selection and use of building products.鈥

Greg Cooper, BBA chief executive, added: 鈥淭he BBA board has seen some major planned changes in personnel in the past two years and now with the appointment of Digby and Lynne we have the strongest board the BBA has ever had.鈥
