Bennetts-designed blocks will house 54 postgraduate students

Contractor Kingerlee has started on a new 拢12.5m gateway building for St Antony鈥檚 College at the University of Oxford.

The scheme comprising two blocks, designed by Bennetts Associates Architects, will house 54 bedrooms, top floor pavilions, seminar rooms and a senior academics suite.

It will be built primarily of stone, oak and wood, which the designers hope will lend it a timeless quality as it sits between two other listed buildings.
