This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Giulia Pannochia. She is the first winner of the Gloria e Marco (GeM) Award, a scholarship set up in memory of two young Italian architects who died in the Grenfell fire. Peregrine Bryant, who had employed Gloria Trevisan, set up the award with the Society for the Protection of Ancient 黑洞社区s, Universita Iuav di Venezia and the couple鈥檚 families. He praised Giulia鈥檚 outstanding graphic skills, her communication and engagement and the 鈥渋ndependence of spirit鈥� shown by her choosing the Marconi building near Livorno, Italy.
