It appears that the typical Buckinghamshire small town 鈥� which was the design parameter 鈥� consists of barrel vaults and monopitched roofs with orange and red cladding panels. So where is the 30% stone, 30% render and red brick? Why provide a competition brief which is neither followed by the competitors, nor the judges, nor even the critics?
